Luis Suárez returns to training at the Ciutat Esportiva

Luis Suárez worked out at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper on Friday. The Uruguayan will return to full training with the team on July 31, but during the intervening period he will continue with an individual programme.
Barça's No.9 participated in the Copa América and, similar to the other South American players that took part, is therefore not on the tour of Japan with the other 26 players; 17 from the first team and nine from Barça B.

i dont think its just the beard he definitely lost some weight also, and that will definitely help him throughout the season with injuries and even on the long run

I agree. He looks slim down, unlike the past season. And this is early in the season when usually they aren’t that fit yet. So this is a good sign.
Suarez comeback to trainning im so very happy😄
If he manages to stay this fit (he looks like he's lost at least 4-5 kg since last season), I can see him having a truly wonderful season. Seeing as he turns 33 in January, he needs to look after himself a lot more than in the past. If he can do that throughout the season, I have high hopes for him to dominate La Liga yet again.

I still feel bad for Suarez when he missed his penalty against Peru in the Copa America. Hope he gets over it. 😪

Good to see him back to training, Griezmann has everything it takes to outplayed him from that position. Barcelona is doing a good job this summer signings. no player will feel relax in his position. Very strong competition for each player. Am waiting for Junior Firpo to give Jordi Alba a run. De Jong will do his best to take that position from Sergio Busquet. Valverde is part of the problem. Any player that is not ready to work hard. should be dropped on the bench. No more heartbreak in champions League.
